Shipping Policy

All our caps ship in cardboard boxes. All orders are shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Please allow 2-3 business days for shipment information to be sent to you via e-mail or SMS once an order is placed. 

Out of Stock Orders:

Sometimes it happens, we run out of the very item you wanted! In that case we will contact you and ask you whether you would like a substitute item, or if you would like to cancel that specific item or order. If we don’t hear back from you within 24 hours, we will automatically cancel the item and ship the remainder of the order, if any. You will not be charged for items that are not shipped.

 

Delivery:

Prime Hat Store is not responsible for any damage and/or loss of packages after delivery. Unfortunately, even if your ring cameras do not catch the delivery, or if you are in your driveway at the time of delivery but did not get the package, we are still not liable for a package that has been scanned delivered. We also ask that you kindly not accept any packages that appear damaged or open. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of product or shipment after they are scanned delivered by the courier. The extent of our liability for the delivery of a package ends at a delivery scan by USPS, UPS or Fedex. Any damages or loss of shipments after delivery, should be addressed to USPS, Fedex or UPS respectively. For the safety and security of your packages, a 'signature on delivery' service option is available for an additional cost at checkout.
